Steerlab handles about 90 percent of them automatically which saves my engineers from answering the same SOC2 and GDPR questions over and over. Every suggested answer traces back to a specific paragraph in the source document not just a vague reference, the exact passage. And when it can't find a strong match, it tells you that too. That kind of honesty is rare in AI tooling, and it's precisely why we feel confident using it for regulated submissions where every answer has to be defensible. We have been using Steerlab for about 6 months, and it has significantly improved our team handles RFPs and security questionnaires. - it happens that the answers are based on replies from other RfPs where the questions where a bit different, thus, the answer in steerlab goes down a road which is not the right one

- the whole "RfP" needs to be "Reviewed" so the answers go back into the pool. However, I / we work a bit different. Thus, many RfP projects are not finalized in steerlab. We spent 2 years on Loopio before making the switch to Steerlab. The AI is noticeably better, Excel handling isn't even a comparison, and the interface is clean enough that the team picked it up faster than we anticipated. Government RFPs don't arrive in clean, tidy formats. You get multi-tab Excel files, word docs full of tracked changes, PDFs with embedded tables the works.
